NOTIFICATIONS NOT WORKING

Missing notifications? Here's how to fix it.

Check Device Settings

1. Go to your device's Settings → Notifications → Radio Check.
2. Make sure notifications are enabled.
3. Check that Banners, Sounds, and Badges are turned on.

Check In-App Settings

1. Open Radio Check.
2. Go to Profile → Notification Settings.
3. Make sure the relevant notification types are enabled.
4. Check that quiet hours aren't active.

Battery Optimization

Some devices aggressively kill background apps. Make sure Radio Check is excluded from battery optimization.

Focus Mode / Do Not Disturb

If you use Focus Mode or DND, add Radio Check to your allowed apps.

Delayed Notifications

Push notification delivery depends on Apple's servers. Delays of a few minutes are normal during high traffic.
