APP NOT LOADING
What to do when the app won't open or gets stuck.
If Radio Check won't load, try these steps.
Quick Fixes
- Close and reopen — Force-close the app and relaunch it.
- Check your connection — Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
- Update the app — Ensure you're running the latest version from the App Store.
- Restart your device — Sometimes the simplest fix works.
Clear Cache
Go to your device's Settings → Radio Check → Clear Cache.
Reinstall
If nothing else works:
- Delete the app.
- Reinstall from the App Store.
- Log in with your existing credentials.
Your data is stored in the cloud, so you won't lose anything.
