CHECK-IN NOT SAVING
What to do when your check-in doesn't go through.
If your check-in isn't saving, try these steps.
Check Your Connection
Check-ins require an internet connection. Make sure you're connected to WiFi or cellular data.
Try Again
Sometimes a temporary server issue causes a failure. Wait 30 seconds and try again.
App Update Required
Older versions of the app may have check-in bugs. Update to the latest version.
Check-In Window
Make sure you're within your unit's check-in window. If the window has closed, your check-in may not register for that day.
Duplicate Check-In
You can only check in once per day per unit. If you've already checked in, you'll see your response displayed instead of the check-in buttons.
Report the Issue
If the problem persists, contact support with:
- The time you tried to check in
- Any error messages you saw
- Your device model and app version
