Steps to fix app crashes and freezes.
Crashes are frustrating. Here's how to fix them.
Update the App
Most crashes are fixed in the latest version. Check the App Store for updates.
Restart Your Device
A fresh restart clears temporary memory issues that can cause crashes.
Clear Storage
If the app is using too much storage:
- Go to device Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Radio Check.
- If it's using excessive storage, delete and reinstall.
Free Up Memory
Close other apps running in the background to free up device memory.
Report Crashes
When the app crashes, a crash report is automatically sent to our team. You can also manually report crashes via Contact Support.
