MESSAGES NOT DELIVERING
Fix issues with sending or receiving direct messages.
Having trouble with messages? Here's what to check.
Sending Messages
- Make sure you have an internet connection.
- Check that you're a member of the unit (you can only message unit members).
- Messages have a 2,000 character limit.
Receiving Messages
- Check that message notifications are enabled in settings.
- Make sure the sender is in one of your units.
- Check your notification settings for quiet hours.
Message Delays
Messages are typically delivered instantly, but delays of up to a few minutes can occur during high usage periods.
Blocked Users
If you've blocked someone (or they've blocked you), messages won't go through. Check your blocked list in Profile → Settings → Blocked Users.
