Our policy on sharing data with third parties.
Short answer: we don't.
No Data Sales
We will never sell your data to anyone, ever. Period.
No Ad Tracking
We don't run ads. We don't use ad trackers. We don't build advertising profiles.
Service Providers
We use a small number of service providers to run Radio Check:
- Cloud hosting — For infrastructure.
- Email delivery — For sending notifications.
- Analytics — Anonymized usage data only.
All service providers are bound by data processing agreements.
Law Enforcement
We will only share data with law enforcement when legally compelled by a valid court order. We will notify affected users unless prohibited by law.
Organizations
Organization admins see only anonymized, aggregated data. They cannot see individual check-in responses or personal information without explicit user consent.
