DATA RETENTION & DELETION
How long we keep your data and how to delete it.
We only keep what we need, for as long as we need it.
Active Accounts
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete specific data (like check-in notes) at any time.
Deleted Accounts
When you delete your account:
- Personal data is removed within 24 hours.
- Backups containing your data are purged within 30 days.
- Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics.
Inactive Accounts
Accounts inactive for 12+ months will receive a notification. If no action is taken within 30 days, the account may be deactivated (not deleted).
Data Requests
Under CCPA and similar laws, you can request:
- A copy of all your data.
- Deletion of all your data.
- Information about how your data is used.
