HOW CHECK-INS WORK
The basics of the daily check-in system.
Check-ins are the heartbeat of Radio Check.
The Concept
Every day, you tell your unit how you're doing. Three simple responses:
- Lima Charlie — Loud and clear. All good.
- Send Traffic — I could use a conversation, not urgent.
- Mayday — I need support now.
When to Check In
Your unit sets a check-in schedule. You'll get a reminder notification at the designated time. You have until the end of the day to respond.
What Your Unit Sees
Your response appears in the unit activity feed. Unit members and leaders can see your status and reach out if needed.
Notes
Optionally add a brief note with your check-in. "Good day at work" or "Rough night" gives your unit context.
