CREATING A UNIT

Starting a unit is easy and puts you in charge of your own accountability squad.

How to Create a Unit

1. Go to the Units tab.
2. Tap Create Unit.
3. Fill in the details:

- Unit name — Something meaningful to your group.

- Description — What your unit is about.

- Branch — Optional, but helps others find you.

- Privacy — Public (anyone can find and request to join) or Private (invite-only).

1. Tap Create.

As Unit Leader

You can:

• Approve or deny join requests

• Set check-in schedules

• Configure alert thresholds

• Remove members if needed

Unit Limits

Free accounts can create up to 3 units with up to 50 members each.
