DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT
How to permanently delete your account and data.
We respect your right to leave. Here's how to delete everything.
Before You Delete
- Transfer leadership of any units you lead.
- Download your data if you want to keep it (Profile → Export Data).
- This action is permanent and irreversible.
How to Delete
- Go to Profile → Account Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm by typing "DELETE".
- Your account and all associated data will be removed within 24 hours.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile and all personal information.
- Your check-in history.
- Your unit memberships.
- Your messages.
What Doesn't Get Deleted
- Aggregated, anonymized data used in organization reports.
